All of our ceramics & bohemian jewellery collections are crafted by hand. We are designing a jewellery collection that will be carefully crafted in small batches.

What Should I Be Aware of Handmade Products?
Due to the nature of handmade work, you may notice tiny black specks, organic textures, or slight variations in colour, texture, or shape. We believe these details are part of their charm, making each piece unique and full of character.
Are Your Ceramics Safe For Food & Drink Use?
All of our ceramics are made using food-safe clay and glazes. They are fired at high temperatures (typically around 1200–1300°C).
Our pieces are suitable for food and drink use, and are generally microwave and dishwasher safe. To help preserve their beauty over time, we still recommend gentle handling where possible.
What Materials Are Used In Your Jewellery?
Our jewellery is thoughtfully made using 925 sterling silver with 14k gold plating for the metal components.
We pair this with premium-quality Miyuki beads or handcrafted ceramic elements to create pieces that feel both delicate and unique.
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain its finish and longevity.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders generally are processed within 2-3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive updated email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds
What if My Item Arrives Damaged?
If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please note that small black dots, tiny pinholes, or slight glaze variations are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These details are unavoidable and do not affect the safety or usability of the item.
What is Your Return Policy?
As many of our pieces are handmade and carefully prepared, we will only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues. If your order is damaged or has a defect, please contact us with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
How Long Does it Take to Process a Refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
